Baked Apple Maple Bacon Brussels Sprouts Recipe

Roasted Apple Maple Bacon Brussels Sprouts Recipe

I’ve been trying my darndest to add more cruciferous vegetables to my diet, but as a Southerner it’s imperative my food not be bland, so it’s been an adventure to produce dishes that not only taste good, but retain their health integrity! Another nutrition goal I have is to include as many macro nutrients in each meal as possible to make sure I’m eating enough of the right kinds of food. This Brussels Sprouts dish is not only flavorful but is also packed with protein, fiber, and the healthy kind of carbs and calories!

Oh my, brussel sprouts are something I could never develop a taste for. I have to admit, this looks good, but I probably wouldn’t attempt.

Weirdly enough I only started liking them in the last 2 weeks — and ONLY when I make them myself LOL!

I`ve recently discovered my love for Brussel Sprouts! Usually I just toss them in olive oil and bake until crispy. This recipe sounds so amazing! It will definitely be my next go to!

I think Brussels may be having a trending moment kind of like Avocados did a few years ago? I feel like I’m suddenly hearing more about them for some reason!

My hubby and I like Brussels sprouts in theory, but then we make them and think, blah. However, maple bacon?!! There is no way we could wrong with this recipe! Everything is better with bacon right!

I hate brussel sprouts unless they have bacon haha! I should try these!
