Instructions
  1. Line 9″ x 13″ non stick baking dish with aluminum foil.
  2. Dice apple into 1/2″ or smaller pieces.
  3. Place diced apples, halved Brussels sprouts, salt, olive oil and maple syrup in a glass bowl and toss to combine.
  4. Pour mixture into lined baking dish.
  5. Remove from oven and stir in bacon bits until combined. Serve as desired.
