Gluten Free Chocolate Bliss Cake
A healthily decadent chocolate cake dessert that can be made for many different tastes and occasions!

Instructions
  1. Grease 9″ x 13″ glass baking dish with desired non-stick baking grease, oil or spray.
  2. Place all dry ingredients in mixing bowl and stir gently to combine.
  3. Add remaining ingredients to mixing bowl and blend until smooth.
  4. Stir in desired nuts and baking chips (optional).
  5. Pour batter into greased ban and smooth evenly.
  6. Bake at 325F for 45 minutes or until fork inserted into center of cake comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool before serving.
Recipe Notes

I topped my cake with blueberries and added in the cashews and peanut butter chips for some added nutrients.¬†However, you can choose any sort of add-ins that you’d like. I think next time I’m going to mix in chocolate chips to the batter and top with a strawberry compote!
